Formed in 2007, our commercial surveying business is now delivered through two specialist companies.
Cyan Power Limited concentrates on commercial property agency and related professional work, such as valuation and Rating. It intensively covers the geographical area from Havant to Hamble, to include Fareham, Gosport and Portsmouth. Our available property is kept constantly up to date through our own website. We also list through www.egpropertylink.co.uk and www.invest-in-portsmouth.co.uk for search engine maximisation.
Cyan Power Commercial Property Management Limited provides ongoing support to landlords and tenants. It also deals with related Landlord and Tenant professional work, such as rent reviews and lease renewals.
Ian Power will also deal with the resolution of property-based disputes in his capacity as a Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator.
Both companies are now Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

What we do
Our property management business adds value to our clients’ properties in the following ways:
It works to ensure good relations between the landlord and tenant. The aim is to retain the tenant’s occupation, a particularly important objective in the modern environment of short leases.
Service charge expenditure is kept constantly under control. This enables the rents to be maximised. It also makes the property more attractive at the time of re-letting.
Rent collection is kept up to date. Any arrears are actively managed.
We administer and run Estate Management companies to include vat return data.
Our management company is assisted by groups of locally based contractors who provide us with their specialist skills. These include small works contractors, electricians, plumbers, roofers, landscapers, and fire prevention contractors. The quality of work is constantly monitored.
